NiP release their remaining PUBG players

Due to disappointing results in recent competitions, Ninjas in Pyjamas decided to release their remaining players. Drew “Sweaterr” Miser, Oliver “Ollywood” Tell and Karl Johan “Ekkz” Kallevik have been members of the NiP family for a long time.

Looking at the currently ongoing roster shuffles within the PUBG scene, the three released players probably won’t be freelancers for long. During the PGI back in July, NiP announced to release Borg and build a second team around Ollywood. Those plans are obviously canceled looking at the recent announcement.

“It’s still early days in the PUBG scene and while we’ve had some great fun with the team, it wasn’t a perfect fit for us in the end. We’re exploring our options right now so rest assured we’ll be back with a squad that is in line with both NiP’s and our fans expectations. Thank you for your service, guys! I hope our paths cross again.”
