Riot Games have approved a Doping Control for the CB LoL

According to the Brazilian esports website Globo, Riot Games have approved a mandatory doping control method for the Brazilian League of Legends league, the CB LoL.

It is expected to be introduced by the time the Summer Split starts.

According to the article, this move was initiated by multiple teams and organizations, not Riot Games themselves.

The doping control would also include looking at the consumption of multiple prohibited substances referred to as “social drugs”. NA LCS player Adrian has been accused of smoking Marijuana in the past – whether weed would be affected by this ban remains to be seen.
